Job Scope:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Consultant with a specific expertise in SAP Pricing with solid hands-on configuration and implementation experience in S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will champion the design, build, and deployment of SAP SD pricing solutions, relevant integration with other applications, driving process improvements and ensuring business objectives are met. The consultant will play a key role in detailed design implementation, migration, and stabilization of SAP pricing, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD pricing solutions in alignment with business needs.
- Bring experience and business context of implementing SAP for Marketing function at major Mining companies.
- Lead data migration and cutover activities, including migration of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit) and open transactions.
- Prepare functional specifications, work with ABAP/technical teams on enhancements, and validate WRICEF objects.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis with stakeholders.
- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Collaborate with FI/CO, MM, PP-PI, PM and technical teams to ensure end-to-end integration as needed.
- Provide thought leadership on S/4HANA best practices, simplifications, and innovations.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of SAP SD / O2C consulting experience, with multiple SAP implementation experience including S/4HANA projects, and SAP Pricing.
- Understanding of S/4HANA simplications affecting SD pricing.
- Solid O2C knowledge including sales order processing, billing & invoicing, credit management, returns management.
- Integration skills e.g. SD-FI, SD-MM, collaboration with PP-PI, PM, and technical teams.
- Experience in leading data migration and cutover activities including customer master data, masterial master data, pricing master data, credit data.
- Mining industry experience is highly preferrable and understanding of Marketing function processes within large Mining organizations, or large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading design and build phases, functional workstreams, and business-facing workshops.
- Communicate effectively with business users and leadership.
- Ability to work independently and lead solution design.
